Schumacher Floorcovering sells products through an exclusive network of dealers around the country. Orders must be placed through your dealer.

Can the carpets be hot-taped?
We suggest that all of our carpets be hand seamed.
Can you use a Wilton carpet on stairs?
We do not recommend that you use Wilton carpet on stairs. Such use is not covered under any of our warranties.
How do I clean wool carpet?
We suggest that you follow the rug cleaning guidelines listed at the
Carpet Rug Institute.
Do you use wool binding on area rugs?
No, we use cotton binding.
When will my order ship if goods are in stock?
We ship all in stock orders within 72 hours.
